Set up VPN on macOS.
Install VPNClient and connect using the VPN credentials supplied after purchase.
For macOS 11 Big Sur or later.
Install, sign in and connect.
Before you start: Have an active VPN account, your VPN username and password, and an internet connection ready.
Download, install and open VPNClient.
Open the downloaded
.dmgfile and follow the installation instructions it displays, then open VPNClient.Use the download linked above. If macOS shows a security warning you do not understand, pause and ask Support before continuing. Keep macOS security protections enabled.
Enter your VPN credentials.
Sign in with the VPN username and password supplied after purchase. These may differ from your website login credentials.
Choose a server and connection option.
Choose a nearby server, or select the country you need. Start with WireGuard where available.
View connection options and Mac settings ↓Connect and confirm.
Start the connection and wait for VPNClient to show an active connection and your selected VPN server.
Having trouble connecting?
- Check your VPN credentials.
- Restart VPNClient.
- Try another server.
- Try another supported connection option.
- Compare another network and record the error.
