Terms of Service
This Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service set out the general and specific rules for using services offered by VPNAccounts.com. These services may include VPN access, bandwidth, servers, IP addresses, network equipment, and related systems used to transmit or receive data.
All users are responsible for reading and understanding these terms. VPNAccounts.com reserves the right to enforce this policy, update it, modify it, or take action when conduct is considered abusive, harmful, illegal, or damaging to the service or network.
Account Sharing and Device Limits
Each VPN account is issued for use by one customer and must not be shared, resold, or publicly distributed. A user may connect on up to 5 devices, such as a phone, computer, tablet, or other supported device, unless a specific plan states otherwise.
VPNAccounts.com may warn a user when an account appears to violate this rule. Continued violation may result in account termination without further notice and without a refund.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use VPNAccounts.com services to transmit, store, receive, or distribute material that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitative material involving minors.
- Hacking, cracking, malware, viruses, botnets, phishing, fraud, or network sabotage.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, spamvertising, or abuse of email systems.
- Trademark infringement, defamation, obscenity, unlawful harassment, or illegal content.
- Copyright abuse, DMCA violations, or repeated infringement notices.
- Any activity that harms VPNAccounts.com servers, IP reputation, users, payment systems, or service reliability.
P2P and Torrent Policy
VPNAccounts.com does not allow torrent or P2P traffic on its VPN network. Torrent websites and P2P traffic may be blocked or filtered.
Users found using the service for torrenting, P2P file sharing, or repeated copyright abuse risk account suspension or termination without notice and without refund.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
Subscriptions are recurring payments as stated at the time of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel a subscription before renewal if they do not want the service to renew.
Payment processors such as BlueSnap or PayPal may send renewal or subscription notices before renewal. Subscriptions can usually be cancelled through the payment gateway used for the order, or by contacting VPNAccounts.com support before the renewal date.
Cancellation requests should be sent with enough time before renewal for support to process and confirm the request.
Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the plan purchased, the payment method, account usage, and whether the account has violated these terms. Accounts terminated for abuse, prohibited activity, account sharing, torrent/P2P use, fraud, or illegal activity are not eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what information may be gathered when individuals visit VPNAccounts.com and how that information may be used. This policy applies to VPNAccounts.com and does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from this site.

VPNAccounts.com does not monitor or store browsing history, websites visited, DNS queries, downloaded files, app usage, or the contents of VPN traffic as part of normal VPN use.
To operate the service, VPNAccounts.com may keep basic account and support information, such as the email address used for the account, payment confirmation received from the payment processor, subscription status, account status, and support messages sent by the customer.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. VPNAccounts.com does not store full credit card numbers.
Abuse Handling
VPNAccounts.com may block, filter, suspend, or terminate traffic or accounts that violate this policy. Filtering or blocking may be manual or automatic depending on the nature of the abuse.
Notification may be sent to the user when practical, but VPNAccounts.com does not guarantee advance notice before blocking, filtering, suspending, or terminating an account used for abuse or prohibited activity.
